Does it work without internet?
Yes. CafeTimer bills sessions, tracks tables and totals tabs fully offline. When you're back online it syncs to the cloud automatically — you never lose a session.
Do I need special hardware?
No. It runs on any Windows PC or laptop at the counter. A receipt printer is optional.
Who owns my sales and member data?
